I love this product. Sleek styling, a blade that holds its edge and packaged in an elegant presentation box with hard sheath and cleaning cloth. This is my second knife from this company.
Knife is what I expected. Feels good in my hand and is easy to use. Very sharp. Was disappointed with delivery. I paid extra to have it before Christmas and didn’t receive it until 2 days after Christmas.
The quality looks great and can't wait to try the process on all our knives!
Let me start by saying as a type of chef knife it works well. The point permits you to cut cleanly to your cutting board with ease! It's the heel of the knife that frustrates me. I'd like it to be a little taller. With this knife you really have to rock the edge quite a bit to reach the heel. The only other item is the lack of heft. Because this knife is defined as a "cleaver" I expected it to have some heft. It doesn't. It feels good in the hand though. It's very well balanced! I like how the handle has mass to it. I feel if Cutlux could beef up the heel of this knife it would sell like no other.
I'm a retired meat cutter, gave these knives as a Christmas present they looked great and very sharp.

Haven’t had a chance to really put them to the test but I did just finish using the cimeter to separate some wing sections. Cut through real clean and like butter. My wife was shocked how quickly I was done with the job! And they look beautiful as well

Great knife- I have bought 4 to give to friends. The 5 one I ordered and paid for was not delivered and USPS said it was sent back to sender. I have sent a couple of emails to you asking to send it to my correct address
They’re brand new but they seem to be quality knives. Nice & sharp. Easy to clean.
