Does not hold an edge very well. Cleaned 8 fish and had to resharpen after the first 4. Like the way it feels. I just wish it would hold an edge better

I found using a electric knife, you can't slice the meat thin enough without it falling apart.
Outstanding super thin cuts, I used this carving knife to slice our Thanksgiving turkey, it sliced so thinly (almost as thin as a deli meat slicer,)
