GREAT KNIVES !!!! I've been a Chef for over 45 years, and at my home I have an extensive knife selection, Well when these knives arrived I was very Pleasantly surprised. Beautiful balance and a wonderful blade for chopping and dicing !!

The perfect set....I already own the 12"brisket knife...but I ordered the BBQ set because I needed a new carving set...love it!!

Just like many other Chinese made decent quality knives; the handles are very solid but too heavy. The balance is off, but quality for the money is there.
