Theses knives are very well made and are very durable however they don't cut well, the serrated edge catches what you are slicing and at that point you are sawing. Not happy with them.

Excellent quality razor sharp nice heavy handles quality steel very pleased will buy more in the future but again you need to change your wood magnet holder I got one that was defective and didn't have a place to screw it into is just a drilled hole poorly and then the second one I put the knives on it and they literally just slide down and scratch the wood they're very poor quality please go with the one that I'm trying to tell you to buy which I purchased before in Texas they're only $32 there twice as big and much better quality and the magnet is extremely strong on both sides
Between the range and the exhaust vent there is a steel backsplash. It is perfect for the knives than the wooden block under the cabinets.
