Seems great so far but I wanted to pick up 6 or 8 matching Non-serrated steak knives but they are not available any more. Is this a manufacturing slow down or has this style been discontinued.

You are way over saturated with serrated steak knives. IMO if you need a serrated steak knife you are buying cheap steaks.

We received the knives but there were only seven, not eight. I sent a message to your company to either send us another knife or 1/8 the value in cash. I had no answer. So far we have not used the knives.
