These knives are amazing! They cut beautifully. My only gripe is that the metal rivets seem to stick out, so the handle isn't as smooth as it should be.
These are absolutely fantastic! I have been really impressed with these…I thought I would have to spend way more to get knives this sharp and this high quality! So thankful I found these! And to be clear, I bought a just a single breaking knife first to use for breaking down large cuts of meat. Just like my other Cutluxe knives this one is very sharp and is just what I’d hope for the fish filleting that I often do.
