Butcher knife is amazing. I cut a brisket like it was cheese, the boning knife helped a lot. Such a handy tool and of course the slicing knife worked as advertised. It sliced the meat with ease. One of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time. I can tell they were made with quality materials
These stones are awesome, I've done a few knives for friends and they said that thats the sharpest their knives have ever been, as well as my knives and pocket knives

These knives are amazing! They cut beautifully. My only gripe is that the metal rivets seem to stick out, so the handle isn't as smooth as it should be.
These are absolutely fantastic! I have been really impressed with these…I thought I would have to spend way more to get knives this sharp and this high quality! So thankful I found these! And to be clear, I bought a just a single breaking knife first to use for breaking down large cuts of meat. I wasn’t planning on replacing all my knives…but it was so amazing (and made things so much easier), that I immediately purchased the 3 knife set!Great knives!

Just like my other Cutluxe knives this one is very sharp and is just what I’d hope for the fish filleting that I often do.
