I am very pleased with all the knives purchased so far. Their balance, construction and appearance; along with the functionality, "cuts" across all lines of expectation.

WOW, now this is a bread knife. What I previously used was a “plain” knife with a serrated edge. I am officially in the big league.

The 7" Santoku knife with its unique blade design and sharpness is one the most favored of the food preparation knives I own. It has helped speed the job of cutting and slicing if meat and vegetables. I liked it so much I also gifted one to my daughter and her husband.
So far so good. I hope you offer the fork as an individual item as I already purchased several knive sets without the fork much to my regret.
I haven't had them long, but they seem to be well made and they are very sharp. Good quality for the money
