I cook alot of BBQ. I have a deboning knife i use to prepare all my pieces of meats. I keep it very sharp. To get that knife that sharp I use a sharpening rod from Cutlexe. I have used others rods but this one stands out above all the others. Where my knifes go my Cutlexe sharpening rod goes with them. I have really an extra tool that I have come to enjoy. As usual, Cutluxe scores another win. This is a fine blade, perfect for fileting, trimming and boning. Great feel and a fine edge. Everyone needs one of these in the kitchen. I am impressed with the consistent quality of these knives. Keep it up!
This is a beautiful carving knife. Sharp, flexible and maneuverable. I am looking forward to carving a lot of meat with this bad boy. If you are on the fence, buy it. You will be glad you did. Dollar for dollar, I haven't found anything better than Cutluxe knives.
Great knife to add to my collection. But this thing is long. Not something you an hang on your magnetic holder without a lot of room available.
I have two different knives and they are excellent. However, take caution when cleaning as you can easily slice your hand off.
