Cleaver Knives

The Santoku knifes are my main tools for cutting, smashing and carving. Other people I know use the chef knife. To me the Santoku knifes are very sharp and can hold an edge longer for the abuse I put them through. I luv them the most. I'm retired so spending all my time in the kitchen using sharp knifes I guess you could say it's my job. Thank you cutluxe.
