So I just reviewed my set of sharpening stones and accessories, before I even used them. Tellya wot, I have used my new bread knife. Knives are simple and ancient tools. But a nice knife feels so good in the hand; the kitchen, and as it slices. I think the loaf of bread that I just sliced a slice from enjoyed the experience. Wonderful bread knife. Cut cleanly. Okay, I admit that I haven't used my sharpening stone set yet. Just prior to delivery of the set my tremors worsened. No way will I attempt to sharpen my knives when I'm being visited by the tremor monster, down that road is blood and damaged blades. But the set of stones and accessories looks to be better than anything I have ever owned before. Let me add that my new Cutluxe bread knife is wizard! I love it. I just used it. And also that my experience with Cutluxe has been a good one. What more could I wish for, egg in my beer? No! I don't even like beer, let alone with egg in it. Be happy all!
