I am throughly impressed with this knife.This is the first Nakiri shape I have owned and I wish I had bought one sooner. This knife is great for chopping and slicing any kind of vegetables, and the blade is super sharp which makes this tool stay right where you want it. It is well made and well balanced for what I hope will be many years of service. I will buy more from this manufacturer. Thanks guys…..great knife!

Butcher knife is amazing. I cut a brisket like it was cheese, the boning knife helped a lot. Such a handy tool and of course the slicing knife worked as advertised. It sliced the meat with ease. One of the best purchases I’ve made in a long time. I can tell they were made with quality materials

These knives are amazing! They cut beautifully. My only gripe is that the metal rivets seem to stick out, so the handle isn't as smooth as it should be.
