I am very pleased with my purchase. I use it mostly to Fillet fish. I love the weight of the knife and craftsmanship also.
I've been a chef for over 50 years. And I must say, using your line of knives has been a pleasure. Not only are they economical, they are well-balanced. Hold a great edge very easy to maintain extremely cost, effective. Good going, guys.
Never received it. Didn't give me a refund. Just stole my money. Horrible company. Don't trust them.

I bought a total of 12 different. About $15-20 ea. how do you beat that.I replaced all my others.
Been cooking for 60 years and have accumulated around 40 knives.But I think the Cutluxe filet is a top of the line.If you need a filet do this one.It's nice and flexible and sharp(I hate dull knives).Just got a 12" Brisket slicer.haven't got to use it yet but I let you know.
Have only used the stones once since receiving this survey but it works great well with the money happy with my purchase
great knife for cutting up artisanal breads with the hard crust, nice and sharp and does not collapse the crumb under the crust
So far so good! Very sharp full tank well balanced, and they look good too! I also have the slicing knife and a boning knife. Well worth the $
Love it. I needed to replace my old style block with the narrow slots. This fits more knives in less space. The only issue is one paring knife is a tad heavy with a tapered tang so it tends to slide down.
