Wow. I have never before used a knife this sharp, and at such a reasonable price. I will watch the video on its use and care immediately. I am certain to purchase more varities.
Great well balanced heavy bladed sharp knife. I look to grab this paring knife first from the three in my kitchen.

I like this knife but wish it was 1 to 2 inches longer. It is not long enough to go through a french loaf in one swipe. Feels good on the hand and is well balanced. Nice attention to detail and well crafted.
I enjoy your knives. However for a female hand the pairing knife handle is a little to cumbersome and heavy for my hand. I wish it was lighter and thinner. Beautiful knives and I am enjoying them. Allison
Very happy with ots cutting ability
Seems great so far but I wanted to pick up 6 or 8 matching Non-serrated steak knives but they are not available any more. Is this a manufacturing slow down or has this style been discontinued.
You are way over saturated with serrated steak knives. IMO if you need a serrated steak knife you are buying cheap steaks.
