This is an excellent German steel knife without the hefty price tag. Love that it has a sheath to protect it and hands in the drawer. Wish my other Cutluxe knife had come with more than a flimsy cover, although the point guard is nice. It has a nice weight and feel and chops/slices with ease. It was a bit of a learning curve for me to use it as I've never had a Santoku knife before but we're working it out. I'd highly recommend, in fact I already have to someone looking for a set of steak knives.
