I absolutly love my new Clever. The weight is right and it is very well balanced. It makes chopping onions and vegetables very easy and in consistant form.
This knife is well made, has good "hand feel", and is pretty much what I expected after having ordered steak knife set previously. As I replace my older knives, will probalbly find replacements at Cutluxe.
These are the most awesome steak knives! Not for beginners. Cuts through meat like buttah!
