Exquisite precise extremely razor sharp 12" carving knife. I purchased this knife after doing online research, and I am glad I ordered it.
I found using a electric knife, you can't slice the meat thin enough without it falling apart.
Outstanding super thin cuts, I used this carving knife to slice our Thanksgiving turkey, it sliced so thinly (almost as thin as a deli meat slicer,)
