I’ve had this set for over a year now, and I’m honestly still blown away by how well these knives perform. They are extremely sharp and hold their edge better than I expected—I've barely had to touch them up with the honing rod.

Every person who’s used them in my kitchen has made the same comment: “Wow, these are sharp.” They’re also well-balanced, which makes prep work easier and more comfortable.

People actually say they understand why some spend hundreds on a single professional knife after using these. But this full set? Way more affordable, and still feels high-end.

Bottom line: After a year of regular use, these knives still cut like new. Totally worth it.

Unexpectedly sharp!!!

Yes... a knife is supposed to be sharp. But wow!!! ...this thing. Geez. I used it on some bacon-wrapped pork fillets (Yes... I wrapped my pork with more pork) Anywho... The bacon had a slight char on it, and the fillet had a nice crust on it... and this knife didn't show any sign of appreciating that level of cookery. Just glided right on thru.

Hubby loves to cook. We recently found a meat market with some nice cuts to cook on our Ninja Woodfire (another amazon purchase)! He loved how easily it sliced through everything.

Finally got a good knife to trim brisket. It is perfect - super sharp, easy to control how much fat I need to trim, well balanced. There are cheaper knifes out there but I figured this might be the only one I will need for a long time, so might as well listen to other reviewers and they were right. Would be a 5 star, but one of the rivets on one of the knives is a little high and kinda rough. Bought several times from Cutluxe, and this is the first one with a slight flaw.
